RETURNS POLICY 

  • We Ship an order within 48hrs of your order placement
  • We offer 10 days hassle-free from the date of delivery and a further 6-8 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up at no additional charge.
  • Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address.

Reverse pick-up is subject to service availability in your area pin code.

  • For COD orders, a coupon code will be provided within 5 working days from the day of return pickup on your registered e-mail address/ contact number.
  • Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. Please Note: Refunds/bank transfers are only applicable for prepaid orders/online payments made on our website.
  • Payments made with the COD option will receive a coupon code worth the same as your order value, valid for 90 days from the date of issuance of the coupon code.
  • Shipping charges are Non-Refundable

  • Please note that we do not encourage customer queries on WhatsApp.
  • Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
  • To maintain strict hygiene standards for our products, we do not accept worn products as it is concerned with personal hygiene.
  • Once a product is exchanged and delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund would apply to that order.

Any products purchased during a Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or such promotions wherein free products are included in orders will not be eligible for returns.

SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS

  • In case your pin code is non-serviceable for a reverse pick-up, you’ll have to courier the products(s) to the following address

  • Kindly ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage in transit and that the ORDER ID and registered mobile number are mentioned on the packaging. All items should be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact, within 48 hours of receiving the products(s), the complete amount + INR100 (in place of courier charges) will be refunded to your bank account in case of prepaid and in the form of coupon code in case of COD.

PLEASE NOTE: We request that you do not use professional couriers for self-return as they are not reliable and the package will not be accepted at the warehouse. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India-owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.
  • If you have received an SMS or EMAIL of the order delivered status and if it’s not received by you, kindly email us within 24 hours.
  • The customer will be obliged to take utmost care of the products whilst they are in their possession. This includes all of the product's instructions, and documents, in circumstances where the customer feels that the product does not conform to the standards at the time wrappings while returning the products in the same condition as received.
  • In circumstances where the customer feels that the product does not conform to the standards at the time of delivery, they shall promptly contact us via our mail ( ) with details of the products and their damage within 24 hours of receiving the products, we’re on the customer will receive instructions from us.

Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day, we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund
